How does your online returns policy work?
At this time, we do not accept returns for refunds.
We gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit for eligible full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges and store credit are available for full-priced items only.
- Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- DANZ NY reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements of this Exchange Policy.

What should I know about duties, taxes, and border charges?
Duties and taxes are included at checkout for most regions. However, some international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I collect my order in-store?
Select the "Collect In-Store" option during checkout and pick up your order from any of our participating locations. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for collection.
Is it possible to buy a physical gift card?
Yes, physical gift cards are available both online. You can select the amount and add a personalized message for the recipient.
